What this session is

A diagnosis, not a fix. Most companies I speak to know something is wrong. They just cannot name it. That is the normal state, not a failure, and it is why so much innovation budget goes to the wrong fix. In this session you bring honest answers; I bring pattern recognition from 100+ sessions at 50+ companies. The session tells you what to fix and in what order. That is the part most companies skip.
